You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: using our platform for skin trading; copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the services in any medium; using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the services; transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the services; taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the services; collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the services; using the services for any commercial solicitation purposes; impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; interfering with the proper working of the services; accessing any content on the services through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the services; or bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the services, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the services or the content therein.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.

RustCasino, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the service will meet your requirements.

15. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RustCasino, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of our services will be governed by the laws of Curaçao. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Curaçao for the resolution of any disputes.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RustCasino, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the service; (ii) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive this Agreement and your use of the service.

19. No Waiver

No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and RustCasino's failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

20. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and RustCasino and governs your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements between you and RustCasino (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of this Agreement).

22. Feedback

We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the service. Any feedback you submit to us will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary to you. By submitting feedback to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use and publish those ideas and materials for any purpose, without compensation to you.
