What Rust case opening is
You pay the price of a case and receive one of the Rust skins listed inside it. Each case page shows every item and its value before you open anything.
How an opening works
Pick a case
Sort by price, open its page and read the item list.
Try it for free
Test Spin runs the case without spending a coin. Nothing is won.
Open 1, 2 or 3
You pay the case price for each one. They spin side by side.
Keep or sell
Keep the skin in your site inventory or sell it for coins on the spot.
Rules worth knowing
Win limit of 5x
A single drop worth 5 times the case price or more is rolled again. Free cases are not limited this way.
Free cases
Reward and level cases open one at a time and cost nothing.
Build your own
Any player can create up to 100 cases with items of their choice.
Ways to play it
Read the list, not the cover
The cover shows the best skin. The list shows what most opens return.
Set a number of opens
Decide how many cases you will open before the first spin, then stop.
Opening to win back a loss
Most opens return less than the case costs. More opens add to that.

Questions players ask
Do I need a key to open a case?
No. Rust cases here are paid with site coins and nothing else is needed.
Can I withdraw a skin I unboxed?
Yes. Rust skins leave the site as a Steam trade. A KYC level can be required before a large withdrawal.
Who decides what is inside a community case?
The player who built it. Their name is on the case page, next to the full item list.
